Role Purpose The Skilled Labor (Non-National) provides essential hands-on support to maintenance and operations crews — material handling, site preparation, assistance to Technicians, and housekeeping — executed safely and efficiently in line with site HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Technicians in maintenance tasks: holding, positioning, passing tools, and supporting lifts.
• Handle, move, and stage materials, spare parts, and equipment at work sites and laydown areas.
• Erect barriers, signage, and housekeeping controls around work areas.
• Perform site cleaning, waste segregation, and post-job restoration of work areas.
• Support scaffolding crews, rigging support (tag lines), and manual excavation as directed.
• Comply strictly with PPE, Work Permit conditions, and supervisor instructions at all times.
• Report unsafe conditions, damaged tools, or incidents immediately.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• High School education plus minimum four (4) years' experience.
• Prior labor experience in industrial, construction, or oil & gas sites preferred.
• Understanding of basic safety rules and ability to follow instructions.
• Physically fit for manual work in Saudi field conditions.
• Medically fit and eligible for Saudi work visa/Iqama.
