Skilled Labors (Non-National)
Job Description:
Role Purpose The Skilled Labor (Non-National) provides essential hands-on support to maintenance and operations crews — material handling, site preparation, assistance to Technicians, and housekeeping — executed safely and efficiently in line with site HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Technicians in maintenance tasks: holding, positioning, passing tools, and supporting lifts.
- Handle, move, and stage materials, spare parts, and equipment at work sites and laydown areas.
- Erect barriers, signage, and housekeeping controls around work areas.
- Perform site cleaning, waste segregation, and post-job restoration of work areas.
- Support scaffolding crews, rigging support (tag lines), and manual excavation as directed.
- Comply strictly with PPE, Work Permit conditions, and supervisor instructions at all times.
- Report unsafe conditions, damaged tools, or incidents immediately.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- High School education plus minimum four (4) years' experience.
- Prior labor experience in industrial, construction, or oil & gas sites preferred.
- Understanding of basic safety rules and ability to follow instructions.
- Physically fit for manual work in Saudi field conditions.
- Medically fit and eligible for Saudi work visa/Iqama.
